New Home
Construction
Planning, permitting, clearing, site prep, and full project management. A new home build can be a stressful undertaking - we can alleviate this stress for you with our professionalism, know-how, and can-do spirit.
Full Home Renovation/Restoration
Full demolition of existing hard surfaces and mechanicals (HVAC, electric, plumbing, etc.), framing modifications and/or additions, and custom finishes to meet the customer’s vision

Finishing
We can turn your drab, unfinished lower space and turn it into a space where you will genuinely enjoy spending your time. We can even add wet bars or bathrooms per your request.
Additions/Raise-the-roof Additions
Moving up our outwards with your existing dwelling, we are the company for you. We have worked on homes with various dates of construction (even into the 19th century). We know how to bridge the gap between older construction methods and materials and current building safety codes, methods, and materials.

Installation
We build brand new decks and porches, as well as renovate existing decks. We can replace old decking boards with modern quality composite boards. We are proud to have done some incredibly custom porches and decks throughout the Southern Maryland area.
Kitchen/Bath
Remodels
Full demolition of existing fixtures and finishes, painting existing cabinets, upgrading floors/countertops, updating fixtures, relocation of fixtures and walls, and full overhauls.

Windows/Roof/siding
Replacement
We can completely replace and upgrade your current exterior finishes including your windows, siding, soffits, fascias, gutters and downspouts, asphalt roof shingles or metal roofing, and any applicable flashings or door/window trims.
Insurance
Restoration
We will work with your insurance company to ensure that you get the best coverage possible for any covered damage to your home. This includes replacing exterior finishes due to hail or storm/wind damage (shingles, sidings, etc.). We also have a lot of experience fixing basements when customers have had water issues.
